Slaughterhouse Cold Room Panels – Polyurethane Injected
In slaughterhouses, cold room wall panels are manufactured with polyurethane injection at a density of 40–42 kg/m³, applied between two galvanized, polyester-painted and ribbed steel sheets as standard. The surface material is not limited to polyester; it can optionally be PVC, CrNi, Plastisol or galvanized sheet. Thanks to the eccentric locking mechanism, panels are tightly locked together during assembly, ensuring minimum heat transfer in slaughterhouse cold rooms and providing hygienic meat storage.
Slaughterhouse Cold Room Floor Panels
In slaughterhouse cold rooms, floor panels are manufactured with 10 mm thick patterned plywood on the upper surface to ensure slip resistance, and 0.50 mm galvanized polyester-painted sheet metal on the lower surface as standard. On request, the upper surface can be produced with 0.5 mm CrNi sheet on OSB.
The floor panels have a load capacity of 1500 kg/m² fixed load and 200 kg/m² live load. They are available in thicknesses of 50–80–100–150–200 mm, with a fixed width of 1110 mm and lengths up to 13 meters.
Thanks to the eccentric locking mechanism, the panels are tightly locked together during assembly, ensuring minimum heat transfer in slaughterhouse cold rooms and providing hygienic and safe flooring.
